The reimbursement of the registration fee is possible only when cancelling the registration before July 14, 2017
The regular conference fee is 350 Euro and it covers registration fee, lunches, coffee breaks, conference dinner, book of abstracts, conference proceedings and other organizational costs.
The conference fee for students and PhD students is 200 Euro.
The conference fee for accompanying person is 70 Euro and covers participation at the Welcome party on Monday and the Conference dinner on Thursday.
All bank expenses must be covered by the remitter and may not be deducted from the amount remitted.
Deadline for the conference fee payment is April 30, 2017.
Deadline for the abstract submission is May 15, 2017.
The conference proceedings will be published by the Slovak University of Technology after the conference.
