CONFERENCE FEES FOR ALGORITMY
2012:
Regular conference fee:
650 EURO
The regular conference fee (650 EURO) includes the Registration fee and the
accommodation in a double room and full board for 5 days in
Grand hotel Permon (****),
Podbanske, coffee breaks, conference dinner, poster session and
Proceedings of contributed lectures and posters.
The conference fee is split into two parts.
In the first part, the
Registration fee in the amount of 250 EURO
(including 20% VAT) is payed
by the bank transfer before June 15, 2012, to the Slovak University of
Technology bank account - we will send you
the exact payment instruction by e-mail.
The second part, corresponding to the accommodation and foods
in the conference
hotel, will be payed by participant at the check-out in the Grand hotel Permon(****),
Podbanske (please don't send us this amount). It will be
400 EURO (including 20% VAT) for participant in a double room,
560 EURO (including 20% VAT) for participant in a single room,
400 EURO (including 20% VAT) for accompanying person.
1. Please, use the payment instruction, which we send you by e-mail
precisely, then we will be able to identify your payment correctly.
2. Please, send us an email with the payment order when the money transfer
is done on your side.
3. All payments must be done in Euro currency.
4. All bank expenses must be covered by the remitter and may not be deducted
from the amount remitted.
5. Cancellation policy
after the payment of the conference fee - in case of
canceling the participation later than August 5th, 2012, the cancellation
fee is 250 Euro.
